The granules can be used whole. Otherwise, if preferred, grind into a powder to dust insects or sprinkle over the top of salads.

This product can also be used to 'gutload' feeder insects, to increase their nutritional profile, before offering them to animals.

Shelf-life is up to 36 months when stored as above, however, Bee Pollen is most nutritious when consumed fresh because its food value decreases after 12 months.
