Step-by-step instructions for navigating our customer portal—because apparently your subscription won’t update itself (shocking, we know).
Step 1: Log-In to Your Customer Account
Since you’re already on the Crazy Critters website—we know because you’re reading this—click that sneaky little person icon in the top right
Step 2: Enter Customer Account Details
Type your email and password, click 'Sign In,' and enjoy the thrill of accessing your own account.
Step 3: Navigate to Subscriptions Dashboard
After logging in like a responsible human, you’ll arrive at your 'My Account' dashboard.
Now, locate 'My Subscriptions' in the top left corner and give it a click—the gateway to subscription glory.
Step 4: Select Subscription Profile
On this page, behold the grand list of your Crazy Critters subscriptions.
Click the subscription number to unlock the individual profile—because who doesn’t love a little organized chaos?
Step 5: View or Update Subscription Details
Welcome to your subscription profile page—the control panel for all things recurring.
Here you can:
- Edit your products
- Pause or resume
- Skip your next delivery (life happens, we get it)
- Cancel (sniff… we’ll miss you)
- Update your payment
- Update your shipping address
